shopmyRoom provides an AI-powered interior design visualization platform. By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

The shopmyRoom service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by shopmyRoom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

While you retain ownership of any content you upload to our platform, you grant shopmyRoom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

The AI-generated designs and visualizations created through our service are provided to you under a limited license for personal and commercial use, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not sell, license, or distribute the generated content as standalone digital assets
• You may not claim ownership or copyright over the AI-generated designs
• You may not use the generated content to create similar or competing services

shopmyRoom reserves the right to use anonymized generated content for service improvement, marketing, and promotional purposes.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Some features of shopmyRoom are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as they become due
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept responsibility for any applicable taxes

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

In no event shall shopmyRoom, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

shopmyRoom does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
